Day 3
Am i qualified enough for this responsibility?
How often do we ask us this question ? Maybe not much, since most of us top executives are unaware how a little decisions from our side can have tremendous affect in the lives of one working at ground 0.
Often times we measure the implications of our decisions with data and analytics.
that OVC has increased our Engagement by 20%.
This are the common corporate jargon, but the one working at ground zero, for him it means if his family will sleep with hunger or not !
Once we start to feel the amplified result of one bad decision it makes us very conscious about what we can do and what we can destroy !
Spiderman has said “ With Great Power comes a great responsibility “
From the evolution of time the leaders of the tribe was being well fed and got the best mate , because the tribe trusted him that when a danger comes he will come forward and save them. This is the real essence of leadership that had been engraved in our subconscious mind from the start of human existence.
Growing up spiderman had been my favorite character which my closest friends know very well, even one of my childhood business included flipping spiderman stickers in school.
But have learned the real value of this quote while working with Non Profits for the last 3 years. We don’t express our gratitude, because on the other side there are people who are wishing for a life we take for granted.
And a Leader who takes responsibility holds the power to uplift them to make their life better.
